Breakthrough Spanish Package (A1-A2)
These levels (A1 and A2) are the foundation of the Spanish language and are considered the building blocks of the language. The course objective is for the student to understand and use everyday expressions and very basic phrases wherein he/she can introduce him/herself and others, can ask and answer questions about personal details, people he/she knows and things he/she has. The students will acquire the knowledge to express themselves, how to offer or reject something, and be able to interact in a simple way. The course is designed in such a way that the student will be able to attain basic communication skills in the present tense, future tense, as well as the past tense to make more interesting conversation.
Proficiency Spanish Package (A1-B2)
In this package, the student learns everything taught in the Breakthrough Spanish package (A1 and A2) and attains a higher level of understanding relating to topics encountered in different situations and contexts. The student is equipped with the ability to deal with most situations that may arise in an area where the language is spoken. On completion of this package, the student can produce speech and text about topics that are familiar or of special personal interest, can describe experiences, hopes, aspirations, and give explanations and reasoning for opinions and plans. Can produce clear and detailed text on a wide range of subjects as well as communicate their viewpoints with advantages and disadvantages from a variety of options. The student can understand more complex ideas of concrete and abstract nature and interact in a more spontaneous manner with a degree of fluency that makes their interaction with native speakers more comprehensive.
